Must be able to work:
- Wednesday:4:30-10.
- Thursdays: 4:30-8 pm.
- Fridays: 4:30-10 pm.
- Sundays : 10 am - 5 pm.
- Other shifts available: Monday, Tuesday & Saturday 10:00am-5pm.
Description of Role:
Our small private country club is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server who can deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests.
Our small private country club is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server who can deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests.
Tasks:
- Take members' and guests' food and drink orders.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table on time.
- Suggest appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and specials.
- Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns and create a pleasant dining experience.
- Confirm orders with the chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested.
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
Skills and Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 2+ years' Server experience preferred.
- Country Club Experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills are required.
- The ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform is a plus.
